Whale Watching

Wooli Wooli River
Wooli Wooli means ‘two water’ and the river is acclaimed to be the most unpolluted river in Australia. The pristine waters of the river create the narrow peninsula which houses the village of Wooli. It is a haven for wildlife such as storks, brolgas, kingfishers, parrots, emus and kangaroos and can be negotiated for around 20kms by canoe or boat.

Walking Tracks
There are many short walks to take in and around Wooli and Minnie Water. Or for the more adventurous why not try a section of the Yuraygir Coastal Walk – a 65km signposted walk that takes you through vast heathland plains, crystal clear creeks, lagoons and long sandy beaches from Angourie in the north to Red Rock in the south. Yuraygir National Park is teeming with wildlife - discover some of the diverse flora and fauna in this unspoilt natural environment.
